Hi one and all. Was busy all afternoon with DD#1. She took me for my pap. It takes close to an hour to get there. Had to wait for the doc who was delayed at the hospital and spent time wearing the lovely "clothing" they hand out. At least it wasn't freezing in there. It's in the 90s. Gave DD her birthday present. Tomorrow her hubby is taking her on a gondola ride around the harbor. They gondolier actually will sing to them. They will be served appetizers, and soft drinks.

cute, I'm not surprised you heard from ALL your family. You are an amazing woman and much loved by all. Proud to know you and be among those who call you a dear friend.

WaJa, nice of you to stop by. Girl, you can bring that steamer out here and I'd be glad to aid in your quest for "enjoyment"!

Hello Snappy an I hear YOU about the Gown they give us too wear, glad it was not FREEZING there !! as usually it's FREEZING in our DR.'s office.. glad this will be behind YOU an ALL is WELL.. sounds like your dd is having a WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY !! Well did YOU see H S N last night with Colleen Lopez on the LIST show !! well ladies she had my picture on there with our " LUCKY " I was wearing a dress from Colleen's favorite things an she had told me I needed that dress too ride around in the " CORVETTE " !! she stated it had my NAME on it an YES I LOVE the DRESS so SPARKLY an so COMFY.. my Hubby likes it on me as well.. Snappy I missed You on here last Night but I knew it was going too be a busy day for you yesterday.. Hoping your dd is doing o.k. !! an I know your other dd is looking forward too school being out.. won't be long..

Hi cute. If I had known you would be on HSN, I'd have watched it. Phooey. You are our rock star. Must have seemed like a birthday party celebration just for you. Glad you like the dress, and getting a compliment from your hubby is a good thing. It's somewhere in the low 90s here today.

DD said she got up this morning to a room full of flowers and balloons! Points for her hubby. They are going on that cruise I mentioned later tonight. It should be beautiful weather since it's so warm during the day. I'm always glad when Friday comes so DD#2 has some time off work. The weekends fly by, but she can sleep more.

I had a dream that the man next door owned this house and was painting inside. On one wall he put a coat of a light colored paint and then sprinkled some gritty looking stuff on it and I said "that looks like tweed". He was also painting a big door a bright lime green and I remember thinking that the house was his so he could do that. DD and I have been talking about the need to paint inside, so I guess that was why I had that dream.

Hi Cute......oh no......I didn't watch Colleen Lopez last night!!! Sorry that I missed it. Tell me the brand/name of the dress that she was talking about. Pretty snazzy. BTW, I saw a television program, about collectibles and one of the experts said that the prices of costume jewelry have gone up because people are watching shows like this and they know what is more valuable. I used to be able to get things for 50 cents, etc. I collect alligator/vintage purses, and I would buy them for $1 or 3 dollars; and now, they are sold in the vintage clothing stores for a lot of money.

Hi Snappy; say happy birthday to your DD#1 for me. Her DH scored major points; the flowers and balloons must have made her very happy. He is really a thoughtful guy. It has been a busy week for me, and my brother/SIL will be coming back from their trip on Monday. They are in London right now. That was some dream that you had last night. Isn't it funny how dreams are? If I am sleeping when the television is on, I sometimes/somehow incorporate things that are happening on tv into my dreams. Looks like it is going to be a warm weekend. Guess that the rain is over with.

Hey Snappy, BTW, I ordered from Evine Live the TTV--it is the "Yes" hair removal system. No more peach fuzz for me!!!

Hi Issy, it's very warm here, but a bit cooler than yesterday. We had so little rain. Sometimes I hear they are trying to come up with rules for conservation, but I don't notice them enforcing the ones we have. Our lawns are starting to look brown already.

Isn't it funny how you can incorporate the TV into your dreams? When I get into bed I start praying, and become aware almost immediately that I've gone off in some weird direction. Then I realize I'm going to sleep and I do. At times I barely remember getting into bed.

Is Yes like NoNO? Hope what you ordered works well for you.

DD sent pictures of her balloons and flowers and of the gondola and the gondolier. Looks romantic. Are you going to be doing something special for Easter?

Hello Snappy an Issy !! yes this month is just about over an so happy for your dd getting the goodies for her BIRTHDAY !! A KEEPER for sure.. an the Cruise sounds Great.. FUN MEMORIES..Love your weather !! we had Sunshine this Morning then after church it started Raining.. YIKES.. we went too church this morning with our Grandchildren !! PALM SUNDAY !! an then Hubby an I headed out to a Different Town for a BIG FLEA Market.. but we could not find anything.. but so many People making Jewelry too SELL an so Pretty an so much TALENT out there.. Yes i'm with Issy as everything has gone up at the RE / Sale shops.. yes I was on T.V. as a PICTURE of " LUCKY " an I.. i'm wearing the Colleen Zebra Shiny DRESS.. if you go too Colleen HSN - Face book page HSN you can see it.. as my picture is on her page !! also my picture is now on my page at the H S N chat board next door with my Hubby.. Hi cute, missed you yesterday but you were busy for sure. Sometimes I think that our Issy (if she had time) could probably make and sell jewelry. She's so creative and artistic. Glad you got to church with the grandkids. DD and I went also and then had our fraps. The days whiz by so fast. It's in the low 80s here today. Very pleasant. The gardeners have come and gone. We need to put the weed and feed on the lawns.

Yes, DD had a nice birthday. When my dad was young, he was a "rock hound". He gave her a blue stone he had found and cute, polished, faceted, etc. She had it made into a ring years ago, but didn't like the setting, so now she has arranged to have it put into a new setting which she says is beautiful. It's not a valuable stone, but priceless to her since it's all she has that was her granddad's. I have one of his stones also set in a gold ring. It's also not a valuable stone, but priceless to me. While she was at the jewelers, she tried on diamond drop earrings....almost a carat in each stone! The jeweler put it on her hubby's "wish list" in case he ever feels like getting them. Told her I'd be afraid to wear them.

I'll go next door and try to find your picture. Never ever been on facebook anywhere, but I'll see.

Our Oldest daughter goes too CREEKS an gets Stones, she Collects them also.. she has BUCKETS FULL, even.. an I like the idea of having them made into a necklace or ring.. YES I wish WE Could BUY the Jewelry that Issy makes !! I would LOVE LOVE too see it.. Today is a BEAUTIFUL day here.. so SUNNY an BRIGHT.. more Yard work to do.. Hi cute, too bad you can't get some of those stones to Issy. I'm sure she would make something gorgeous. But seriously, if your DD finds a really nice stone it can be cut and polished and put into a setting.

DD said someone was coming around noon today to look at her place. Haven't heard what happened. Lots of people look, but they only need one buyer.

I've been having lots of trouble with the dry eyes, and now they are sore and gritty and oozing stuff. Have an appointment with the eye doc for the 10th, but can't wait that long. Tomorrow morning I see my PC doc and he can expedite the authorization so they can squeeze me in sooner. Also have a dental appointment for Monday. One of the newly filled teeth hurts when I chew there, but not otherwise. The other one is rough and needs to be filled down. Also have to get my car in. There's a recall on the driver's air bag.

I went next door, but didn't see how to find your picture, so maybe I'll try again. Hope you have a nice day. I think it's in the 70s here and sunny.
