on 6/8, i ordered joan rivers great hair day as mine was running low. it was shipped on 6/9 by mail. on 6/19 the tracking showed it leaving pennsylvania on 6/9 but nothing more. clearly lost. i queried CS - said i ordered it because i needed it. was told to wait until 6/22. when i thought about it i realized that once that date passed i would have to query again, wait for them to re ship - easily another week. surfed over to Amazon - saw it at a cheaper price, on Prime (free 2 day shipping), so i ordered and will have Monday. with Q i will request my refund on Monday. just sayin', Q.

with the ""tour"" our items get before they arrive....I am surprised when anything shows up...
sorry yours seems to be lost....especially since you really need it now....good you found it on Amazon....they never seem to have shipping problems....probably because they send direct...not around the world first....

that is so funny ! i guess i should give my packages more respect on arrival - since they are so well travelled. i do understand that things go astray - but i would have been happier if QVC had stepped up and gotten another on the way. now i'm over it. thanks, all.
