No vegetarians cannot eat them. There are others out there that you can.

i have no doubt that they are good, but that doesnt mean they are good for you. 

i am a hard no to sugar alcohols and some of the other ingredients.

i did not have that issue but they are known for that.  my reluctance is they are fake sugars or highly manipulated and our body does not know what to do with it, so it stores it.

no can do for me.  

 

 

there are healthier protein bars out there.  i buy IQ bars.  great for traveling.  i eat occasionally.  do not depend on them...

I like Raw Rev Glo Bars.  All natural, vegan and gluten free.  They are a little pricey, but made from natural ingredients.

 

I also like Greens Plus Bars.  Vegan, gluten and soy free, and they contain the sort of things you'd see in those powdered greens drinks, sweetened with dates.  But again, you pay for what you're getting.

 

I used to eat Quest Bars but they were giving me stomachaches and bloat, no doubt from all the chemicals.
