I dropped off a package at UPS on Monday and early Wednesday afternoon I received an email advising me that the package was returned and my account credited. WOW! I am impressed.

I wonder if they are improving their return policy and crediting accounts more quickly? I found the same thing happened to me this past week.

I sent back a set of two faux candles which melted in shipping...I mean badly. Call CS...sent it back and was credited within 2 weeks. Things seem to be improving on that end here.
