hi does anyone know who to write to about the qvc facebook page i cant seem to make any comments anymore and there is a blue check next to the q sign which was never there and it has nothing to do with my browser ive always been able to go onto that page ,ie called qvc now for a week and they said they have no idea why this has happen frankley im getting sick of it and feel that for the thousands of dollars and still keep buying that they the Q could have some common decency and ither fix this problem or let me know whats going on because if im not good enough to spend all my money with the q and they cant fix this well maybe its time to shop the other station and send everything ive bought in the last few weeks .

You could try going to QVC's homepage and e-emailing ""Customer Service"".

It amazes me on here when I read about an issue and then people throw out...how much money they spend. These types of issues have nothing to do with whether you are a spender or not. Tech issues don't care about your credit card balance.

Sometimes a blue check is if you liked something or not..or a thumbs up..Are you on your computer or a phone? That also makes a difference.

I just went to their Facebook page from my phone and it is fine so the issue has to be a tech issue on your end.

I have had the same problem since shortly after QVC started using facebook. I have done everything imaginable to resolve it. I think I must have violated some policy somewhere. I have contacted QVC & FB, they both say there is nothing wrong on their end, so I am not sure what happened. I even changed my acc # at QVC & still nothing. I CAN post on indivdual hosts pages, but not the "home" QVC page.
