if you are upset about the insurance

and -- you went to an in network hospital.....

the insurance company needs to pay the doc as if he were in network and there is a 'global period' for procedures that would cover office visits. For stitches -- I am betting the period is at least a couple weeks. So that office visit would also be covered by the ER charge.
