Does anyone know how to reduce the price of a sold item? The buyer sent me a couple of unclear questions about this item that I really didn't understand until after they purchased it. Then it dawned on me what they were asking. So we agreed that I would reduce the price. But how? I called eBay and they told me to send an invoice thru PayPal but in order for it to show up in PayPay the buyer has to complete the sale first. I have no idea how to solve his. I suggested to the buyer that they pay the full price and I would refund the difference. But I wouldn't blame them if they didn't go for that solution - I doubt if I would. So - any suggestions?
