I don't think it is so funny. They both suffered from the syndrome acromegaly. Kevyn Aucoin the makeup artist had it also and they had that similar look.

I don't like to make fun of or comment negatively on someone's personal appearance. Abraham Lincoln and our Olympic champion swimmer had/have that physical syndrome too, I believe.

On the other hand, I don't like his snake-oil sleazy type of personality either! He has made a mint on the misfortunes of others, imo.
