disneyworld question???

have any of y'all been to disneyworld lately??? we are trying to make a "package deal" up and have some questions. we want to arrive on the 26th of dec.,leave on the 30th. it would be me, my dd and 16 year old gd. we want a moderate priced hotel, doesnt need to be valet parking or concergie to open the door place. but dont want to have to bring boards& nails to build a bed place. want moderate priced food , maybe quicky lunches and lone star/applebees or higher evening meals. it is gd's last biggie trip with us as she is a junior and from now on trips will be college looking things. so this is gonna be a lets have fun thing. she wants to tour the original magic kingdom& see cindie's castle as quote" i might be a jock& tomboy, but inside i am still a princess"!! and epcot! and suggestions or good hints& tips??? gonna try to get this booked monday. she was supposed to be there for the espn/disney soccer college showcase but there was confusion with her team and the league didnt get her team's registration in correctly. so hubby wants to give her the trip anyway. any help would really be welcomed!!! thanks nascar fan
