did anyone/everyone return their skybar wine openers???

for those that bought the skybar wine openers.... did you all return your openers or are you still holding onto them? i never received a call regarding these, but i know a lot of people did. it is STILL not on their recall page! i bought four of these before christmas and gave two away.
