This is one reason I never keep my card on file. I just use it and delete it.

And when I checked my "notifications" this morning, there was a post showing me as being the originator.  It's not a post I ever wrote!!!!!  I don't think they'll ever unscramble the mess that's been made.  I had hopes that things would improve.  Not so sure now.

QVC is aware of this issue.  I emailed them yesterday and got a response from Brittany that she would forward the issue to the community team.
