I entered "return policy" in the search bar and found a result that was for defective items.
How do I return an item that's defective or was shipped to me incorrectly?
No worries! You don't need to call QVC. If you receive a defective item, or we sent you the wrong one, you may return the product within 30 days using the Q Return Label. On the return form, select "Replaced with same item" or "Exchanged for same item in a new size or color" and we'll correct the issue. When we receive the return, we'll refund the shipping & handling paid and not deduct for the Q Return Label.
If the item was defective and you do not want an exchange, contact customer service and they can put a note in the file so you won't get charged for returning a defective item.
