hihi --

i'm in a very angry mood. anyone want to argue?

if there are no takers, what suggestions might you have about buying a punching bag? i want the kind with a weighted (sand or water) base, not the hang from the ceiling kind. brand? do i need to try them out or do you think amazon's okay? what do i need to know? are there sizes? resistance levels? i'm not sure i've ever punched anything in life, so it's not like i need something really strong.

what about gloves? how do i choose? i'm gonna have to go to a store, aren't i?
