bunion surgery Monday- getting nervous

So I finally decided I really need to get this done- scheduled for Monday morning. Am allergic to pain meds so Dr is giving me a combo of celebrex and lyrica for one month- I hope I can stomach those. He says they have had lots of luck with the combo. If this isn't enough for one week- I have a job interview on Wednesday- at least I won't be loopy from pain meds. Why is it everything happens at the same time?
