We have clear skies tonight.   I'm on the west coast and the time now is 6:33pm and it is still light outside.

I watch when anything happens up in the sky.  

I should go google to find out when the eclipse begins for us in our area.

Here in TX. it's glorious ! Very clear, big and bright. it's eclipsing now. About fourth has merged not as big can't wait till it turns red.

Years ago someone had a welders head piece and we looked at the sun's eclipse through them.   Fun time.

I sometimes go to the top of a mountain to watch the sun set in the west,  while the moon rises in the east.   Where earth is located between them.   Feels powerful to me.

NASA has so many people in there right now the messages are flying ! screen is black and people are hollering "show us, show Us" LOL

LI has a clear view of the moon!! Almost completely covered right now!! Ran out during commercial from CSI!!
