I am in central Illinios.Tonight,we are expecting high winds along with tornadoes thru out the night.Yikes!pray I dont loose power.Ive taken my front door wreath off,and put a heavy rock on top of my garbadge can.Last time this happened,I was without power for 5 days.It was miserable and very hot.We had recordc breaking temps of 72 degrees today

Praying safety for you and everyone in your area and beyond including the KC area.  I'm in St. Louis and the weather reports high wind and storms later tonight, hopefully no tornado warnings to come as they did last Friday evening. 6 people died at the Amazon Fulfillment center in Edwardsville IlL last Friday, praying for safety for all in the paths of these storms !  This is crazy weather for December !!

I'm near Joliet. Record high 65   High winds warning. Keeping an eye out. 

Storms in the dark are very, very scary.

I'm in Iowa and watching the local weather station.  Hope no damage and the derechio was enough for me.

The temps were so strange today and in the 70's.  I got a bunch of errands done early and.tonight I have to sit and worry.

We had so few thunderstorms this summer, and now they are happening in December.

Same here if far Eastern Nebraska. Temps in the 70's/wind advisories/tornado watches/Sirens blaring tornado warnings winds up to 80mph/lots of rain, and winds still blowing about 40+mph.

Right now it is 44° and windy, but the downpour has stopped. Wife left today for her Pet Sitting job, but I have our 3 felines and Lily our canine, which are plenty of company for me.
