Re: amazon pantry deliveries

Amazon pantry was delivered to me through one of their own couriers that says Amazon on the side.

Same here.  No different from any Amazon delivery.

Re: amazon pantry deliveries

People should realize that Amazon is also a shipping company.  Not only trucks, but planes too.  UPS & FeEx have nothing on them!

Re: amazon pantry deliveries

Pantry and Fresh are different programs. I can get Pantry items; in fact, buying something available only through Pantry was the reason I got a Prime membership. It was also my last Pantry order because of their minimum. The Pantry items I bought were packaged foods, not fresh, and I believe they were delivered  by UPS.

I cannot get Fresh deliveries in my area.

Re: amazon pantry deliveries

I've only used the Whole Foods Market delivery through Amazon and it came in an hour by local delivery.  I didn't see the actual vehicle that delivered it.

Most of my pantry deliveries are delivered by the US Post Office.

Re: amazon pantry deliveries

I tried the delivery but the corn on cob was old and tasted mouldy and the mushrooms were soft. The rest of the order was fine but I am really picky about fresh produce. If it isn't nice then I won't purchase. We now shop during the senior hours when there are less people and most wear masks

Used Amazon Pantry several times and delivered by Amazon with confirm email and picture!  Very efficient!  The prices are better than grocer in this area.  Having experienced what I can receive from Pantry, I will continue to use them for non-perishables.  I have Prime and there was no charge for delivery; assume it is either Prime or the value of order, but $5.99 delivery was deducted on orders so far.
