advice on cyber school / public school please !

We are thinking of having our boys enrolled in Cyber school .. its paid by our district and there have been several cases of bully /harrassment and the school is really not wanting to do much ...

my main concern is being isolated .. but I also want them to be safe and learn which right now the school is failing ..

any thoughts on cyber schooling and are you happy with it ? my boys are 7 and 9 ..
