? about ordering online on HSN

I tried to order the TS last night online. I don't order often, but something was different about the ordering process last night. It seems to me in the past I would just sign in and proceed to order something, and all my information would already be in there, specifically my HSN card number. Last night when I went to order it asked me what my card number was, but it never specified which card I was using. It was if the system was assuming I was using a credit card. I didn't want to use my credit card. I wanted to use my HSN card, but I couldn't remember what my number is, and I don't know where my card is. Like I said, in the past, that information has always been there when I went to order.

Anyhow, I did end up ordering, but I had to call to order, and they told me they couldn't give me my card number. I have no idea how I can find my number so that I can order online in the future. Does anyone know if something has changed on HSN? Does anyone know how I can find out my HSN card number? Thanks!
