I have never ordered from Zulily but the tops I’ve seen in the ads are so cute. Wasn’t sure about the quality.

My experience and I've shopped with them for less than a year.
Be familiar with the brand BEFORE you buy anything.
(I bought a couple pair of joggers and they were on the small side, at that time they didn't have a return policy, so they were donated)
Look carefully BEFORE you buy.
There are items that state cannot be returned.
Check the estimated arrival date.
I have bought items that took 3-4 wks to arrive, they are no different
than the Q in some ways, they take orders, process the orders and then
they place our orders with the seller and then wait for the seller to ship to the warehouse. I understand they Zulily has various warehouses throughout the country so you won't know where the final destination point is.
YES, returns are very very slow.
I bought a watch, wanted to return but I was told it wasn't returnable but needed to call a CA number. Called the number and the guy said I can return it for repair. I said it doesn't need repair and needed to start all over with Zulily again. Seriously, it took me 6 phone calls, 6 e-mails back and forth, and after 2 months, yes, 2 months, got my partial credit back on my account and the balance back to my original payment method.
By the way, if you need to call, prepare to sit for at 20-30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone, you'll listen to this song over and over again and you'll be humming it the rest of the day.

After watching their site daily for a couple of years I finally made my first order in March for a pair of Toddler Roper pink boots for my granddaughter and a toddler pink hoody. It did take about two weeks to arrive but the boots were going to be put back for Christmas '18 anyway so no biggie. I went ahead (I do not ever do this) and got their cc to get the $15.00 discount for first time shopping. The boots were entirely too small and the hoody sweatshirt entirely too big. All my mistake not theirs. Sent it back and they did receive and sent email I had a credit with them. When the bill came in the items were in transit back so I only paid the return shipping and nothing else. No other bill arrived the next month so all forgotten until a voice mail on my cell phone one night saying I was late making a payment. Next morning took about three phone calls and to three different people (Zuilly and their CC company) to get it all squared away. They credited me back the return shipping and gave me the $15.00 first time shopper discount still to use in the future. Very leary now but once I got actual people on the line instead of stupid music they were extremely helpful, kind, and very sorry for all the mixup. The quality of the boots was unbelievably great. I could smell the leather before the box was completely opened and the stitching was perfect. Sweatshirt looked really good too. Still with the confusion of getting a store credit instead of notifying their cc company I had returned the items, on top of not receiving a second bill showing I supposedly needed to make a payment then none of the confusion would have occurred. Not sure what I am going to do now but the items were great.

If you need furniture covers, Zulily is the place to buy them today.
The one's from Couch Guard are really good but stay away from
the Jeffery branded ones (the stitching rips easily).
There's one more brand I believe but I haven't bought that one yet.
Having a dog, these covers have saved the couch and they wash great too.
For less than $20, they are a great buy and no returns for me.

@grandma2pkmh Thank you for the heads up. I did call them to ask about this and if you use their return lable it will be $8.95. If you make your own then that is the only charge you pay at the post office.

They also now offer an "easy pay" for orders over a certain dollar amount. I just ordered some adorable throw pillows today on "easy pay" 👍

It used to be a lower charge for postage, and a $2.00 or so charge for stocking, guess it has been combined now.

@SXMGirl I believe the only time zulily has items there is when someone cancels after the item is en route, or returns.

@mousiegirl, you are probably correct. I have only ordered Polish Pottery from them and unless there is some sort of problem, I doubt those products are returned. While I did not understand the wait time at first, I was very happy to see that my products came directly from Poland. I just thought they would be in a warehouse at Zulily or QVC.

@SXMGirl After people buy products, then zulily orders them, so they come from the manufacturers to zulily which packs them, and then they are sent out to customers. they do not store products. Once an item I ordered didn't arrive there in time, so zulily cancelled it. A few days or so later, the item was available, only one, so I know that was my order, so I bought it again after receiving a refund.
