Just read my email from Zulily that they now accept returns on most items.  You will need to read their policy on returns to see if the return is worth it.  S&H is $8.95 for returns 1-5 then another $8.95 for items 6-10 and so forth. Not exactly sure what that means. I'm sure someone on here will explain.

I always pay the return postage myself. You have to call them and tell them you are doing that.

It tells you on the item if it can be returned or.not and it's on your order history.

1-5 means that many items can ship together for that return price.

@panda1234 I believe rules have changed.  Seems like they are charging $8.95 regardless of how it is shipped back.

A few weeks back, I was reading their testimonials and a lot of people said the shipping is really slow with them.  I see a lot of cute things I would like to try, but if shipping costs are so high, and shipping is so slow, I just haven't placed an order yet.  What say you?  Thanks in advance for answers!

@123SuzyQ123, I have only ordered Polish Pottery from them and it came directly from Poland.  Took quite a few weeks to get the order.  I wondered why it was taking so long until I saw where it shipped from.  Maybe that is the problem with all shipping with them--maybe everything comes from another supplier, even though for some reason I thought QVC had something to do with Zulily.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

It can take awhile for items to ship. Usually, the estimated shipping time will be noted in the item’s description. If the item has a little orange rocket in the description, that means it’s ready to ship. If it has a little yellow flag with the phrase, “Some things are worth the wait”, it’s going to be a long time before you get it (I usually skip those items unless I really want them).

Regarding shipping costs, once you buy something, you get free shipping until midnight Pacific time that day. On the weekends, once you buy something on Friday, you get free shipping until midnight Pacific time on Sunday. Some items are pretty cheap (price-wise), so the shipping can cost almost as much as the item. If I’m in the market for something that’s over $25, I’ll buy that first and complete the sale. Then I’ll buy whatever else I want the rest of the day/weekend for free shipping.

Zulily’s gotten much better about returns than they were a few years ago. When you return something, your Zulily account (not your credit card) is credited with the value of the returned item minus the shipping. This is automatically applied against future purchases. Hope this helps.

Zulily will process few credits back to your card.

Most times they will instead give you store credit to go back and buy other things and apply your credit. I've had both done but again mostly just credit back to buy more.

I'm enjoying shopping there. I always will peruse all emails they send to me - ususally one in the morning to start the day, one mid day for specials, and maybe once more later. I am not bombarded from them like I am from other sites. They have great thing of all sorts and great price point to match.

Case in point, designers who create the same designs as a logo but for $30, $40 $50 less. Yes I said much less.

It does take weeks though before  you get  your goods as many need to be shipped to them then to you. It takes patience sometimes to get your stuff from them.
