Do you ever watch them when you want to make something?

I do.

For instance, today I want to make eggplant parm. It can be tricky.

I have scoured youtube for demonstrations and methods, yet I'm still nervous about getting started.

I have all the ingredients on hand, but I'm still afraid I'll mess it up somehow. LOL
