Hey there,
One of my favorite things to do is read your clever, witty and intelligent posts. I have been reluctant to post myself for several reasons. Well, last night something happened that made me decide to finally post and seek your wise and thoughtful advice. I was at my boyfriend's apartment as I usually am on the weekend. He was using his laptop, and I was reading. When I rose to go the the restroom, he jumped and almost deposited the laptop on the floor in the process. Obviously he didn't expect me to get up nor did he want me to see what he had been viewing because he was sort of frantically clicking off pages as I approached. Well I'm pretty perceptive and I did glance the subject matter on the last page before he clicked out of it.... It was P*rn. To be perfectly honest I knew he had a collection of this subject matter. I am ambivalent, but he has a long-standing interest in it. So I try to be open-minded and not give him grief. The thing is I am having a really hard time moving past what happened last night. I have tried to explain but he does not understand why it bothers me. Yet it does but I think it has more to do with the deceitful way he acted than the subject matter. I would appreciate your comments and thoughts...
