i was 14 and the boy was 17.  Yes, it was a real date.  He took me to the movies.  Then to a restaurant.  My mother allowed it.  Remember I grew up European.  You started dating early and the boy would be older. I was wearing lipstick  at 13. By the time I was a junior/senior high school, everyone I dated was in college. He didn't really kiss me.  Kiss on the cheek didn't count.  I got a real kiss at 16.  But I didn't have a real boyfriend till I was 16. And he taught me how to drive.  That was better then a kiss!  Driver's Ed was the icing on the cake.  i was already saving for a car.

I can remember my first kiss because I hated it.  I had a crush on this boy.  We were around 14.  We were walking home from school and all of a sudden he turned to me and came at me with his mouth wide open and tried to french kiss me. I think my nose and mouth were in his.  YUK!! It really turned me off. I thought it a slobbery mess and that ended my crush on him. LOL. He obviously had a lot more experience than I did.  My next kiss  would have been from a guy I met at 15. I don't remember the first time he kissed me but we went steady for 3 yrs.

What an odd security question! Most of those first kisses are awkward and with the wrong person. So glad life goes on, we live, learn and have the ability to choose the right person rather than settle for the first guy!!

I was in high school and met him  at a dance in another town.  He was really good looking but was a trumpet player and had strong lip muscles and - well it wasn't much fun and was painful!

I don't really remember my first real kiss....but I remember my "best" kiss ever.  I too am keeping that to myself. Think of him from time to time, wonder what might have been had circumstances been different.

I honestly can't remember, it must have been a non-event.  But I did learn never to date trumpet players.

My husband and I became an "item" in sixth grade.  For some reason, our class started having makeout parties on Saturday afternoons.  We played Spin the Bottle to establish your partner for the party. After a few parties, my husband and I became permanent partners. So, I guess that means sometime between then and high school graduation, I had my first REAL kiss.

Both our mothers placed obstacles in our romance and finally managed to break us up when we headed to college.  We were broken up for a bit over a year.  I fell head over heels in love twice.  Fate would bring us back together and in June we celebrated our 50th anniversary.

He was my first boyfriend. We were both 14 in eighth grade.  We were walking by the edge of a huge (acres and arces)  field of rye goofing around. We took our shoes off and started throwing them at each other (kids!)   I ran and he ran after me and caught me by the waist and kissed me!  i floated on air for days.

We hiked to a lake to swim and rode horses together and sailed. Inseparable. i bought 45s for him and made gum wrapper chains and he invited me over for dinner 2x a week. He was Italian and his mother was the best cook. he called me Honey and his nic was Funny.

We broke up when i went to the mall for back to school shopping with my friends.  We were going into 9th grade.    He left everything i had ever given him on the back steps. All the records i gave him warped in the sun.

We still keep in touch, just a hello,  here and there.
