I was on a website tonight where this is one of my security questions (the first person you kissed), so I started thinking about it.

I "had a boyfriend" in 6th grade, but the most we did was hold hands. Then I moved north. We wrote for a while, but then just stopped. After that, I was a "late bloomer" when it came to romance.

My first REAL kiss was when I was visiting colleges the summer after my junior year. My mom and I were staying at a hotel, and he was there doing the same thing with his father. We met by the pool and made arrangements to meet there again after dinner. I was so starry eyed, and he was gorgeous!

He was visiting a major university; I was visiting a small college. I ended up going there my first year. I don't know what happened to him. I never saw him again. I suppose if that had happened today we would have exchanged numbers on our cell phones or something!

But he could KISS, and he taught me how!  Smiley Wink

I don't remember my first real kiss, but I remember the first time I kissed a boy.

I was in second grade and sat next to a boy named Samuel.  Our desks were touching, so we were sitting close.

My best friend told me a boy kissed her and she bragged about it.  So, I thought I would try it too.  I just tapped him and when he turned his face my way, I kissed him on the cheek.  It wasn't all that great and I told my best friend she was bragging about nothing.

Well, that boy told his father and dad thought I had a crush on his son and tried to get us together. His father was disappointed when I married someone else (crazy dad)

I never told his dad that kissing his son was just an experiment and wasn't enjoyable.

I was 15 years-old on summer vacation at a rented cabin on a lake with my family and some neighborhood friends.  One of the neighborhood boys kissed me while sitting in my father's boat in the moonlight.  It was actually more romantic than I realized at the time.  But I never really liked him as anything other than a friend.

I was about 13 (in eighth grade).Richard had a party at his house and several of us were invited.  All of a sudden he sat down next to me, put his arm around me and kissed me.  He told me he liked me.  Looking back, I think he was a bit too forward.  Anyway, he was my boyfriend for about a year and a half.  (We did a lot more kissing.)  Then in high school, freshman year, he dropped me.  JERK!  {*_*}

Wow.  I really don't remember.

He was my first "love" and I was 14 and he was 16.  It was incredibly memorable.

We dated for several years and he broke up with me for someone else.  I was crushed.  It took a long time to get over him.

I talked with him years down the road and I am very thankful that he was one that got away. Smiley Happy  He had been married and divorced 3 times.

It is amazing as you go through life and some things that happen seem so awful and you later realize that it all happened so something much better could come your way.
