I try not to feel guilty of anything I eat. I'm saving it from someone elses guilty pleasure. These foods are here for a reason ... respect and love them for what they are. Make them proud as you shove them down your throat. Let them know the love ... a smile, a warmth, a glow and a pleasing purr as they descend in to that sacred area ... our tum tums. A glorious ending to a heavenly creation.

If I want something bakery like: Cruller donuts - anytime, anywhere!! LOL

If I want chips: Doritos (Orignal only)

If I want a snack: Port Wine cheese spread on Ritz crackers. Yum!!

At 100 calories, Yasso frozen yogurt ice-cream-type bars, in the coffee with chocolate chip flavor.

Howard Johnson's is now gone, but these yogurt/ice-cream bars taste to me exactly like my favorite HoJo flavor, mocha chip.

I'm feeling a little stressed right now, and would love to just shut myself in my TV room, and pig out with a Pepperidge Farm coconut layer cake, a bag of BBQ Fritos or crunchy Cheetos, and a 2 liter of Coke! Instead, I'm eating a freaking fruit cup, and I'm telling you it's not giving me the satisfaction I'm looking for!
