Halloween candy is available in the drugstores.

The local cider mill is now open every day for fresh apple cider to purchase.

Pumpkin picking cannot be far away.

You pretty much covered it @MyGirlsMom.  I especially notice the days getting shorter.  When cleaning up after dinner I didn't need to turn on the lights to see what I was doing until just the other day.  lol

Oh, pumpkin picking?  Which I've never done in my life.

Moms speed racing while texting up and down our neighborhood streets, dropping off their kids.  (A couple of dads, too, but they don't seem to text while driving.)   Same time each morning and then again in the afternoon.   It was so peaceful all Summer long..........lol.

Along with the ice cold cider comes the freshly made donuts and homemade fudge.  Takes an hour drive but will always support this family farm operation.  Our 3rd generation is going there now.  Can't wait.

I forgot another; When the ferry and charter buses plus heavy traffic on the roads get down to almost zero. I don't have to plan my days being backed up at the bridges.

Wine Festival around the corner for all the wineries in western CO. Next month the apple festival.

Love the fall colors, when they start rolling in.

Saw huge, really nice looking mum plants at Sams last week.
