Hunters in the woods here in WV would love to have the snow.  This time last week we were in the 20's and today it is 63 flipping degrees! 

I can deal with whatever, but hunters out there are not happy with the warmer temps which are to stick around for most of the 2 week gun season.  Local processors will be raking in the dough, as hunters who normally cut up their own meat will have to pay to get their deer in a freezer asap.

@RedTop   Yes, hunters hate warm weather.  The deer don't move around.  I remember those days when I had to participate in the hunt.  Mostly cooking.

@Kachina624    Yes, when I llived in Iowa and Chicago I was very attuned to the forecasts during the winter. Here in Texas I am very vigilant during tornado season. The weather report is a daily check-in for general awareness. I just hoped you weren't scolding SharkE -- I could have misinterpreted your bluntness.

We are getting lots of thunder and lightning in DFW right now....and only sprinkling rain but will have storms on Thanksgiving. Can't remember the last time we had rain on Thanksgiving. Stay safe up there in the panhandle!

Nice turkey day for us for once.  It'll rain in the early hours, but clear out by morning. Temps in the 50's

First time in a while I'm not cooking or going to my sister's.  My husband and son and brother in law are all going to a very nice restaurant.  They're having a big Thanksgiving buffet.  Looking forward to it. We went there a couple of years ago, and loved it.
