  I still can't figure out why that extra hour in evening would be bad for AZ.  At 10:00 P.M. Az time it can still be 105, whether there is some light in the sky or not. The coolest part of any day is around 2,3,0r4:00 A.M.  So the coolest part would be in early part of the morning.  That's the way I see it.

   I also thought that the time was to help the farming communities around the USA, never anything in regards to the military. I'll read about tomorrow.---------tedEbear
