From midnight on early this morning, I was awake, asleep, dozing, etc.  Eye roll!!!!

One of those nights or mornings.

Me too - that's why I just took a cat nap..........now back to a project that must be in the mail Monday.  LOL

I have Covid and haven't slept more than a couple of hours at a time for the past 3 nights. Last night was 4 hours total and the night before was 3. Constant nose blowing, fever etc. I seem to only be able to nap for a few minutes at a time. I would love a good 8-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Awwww, sorry to hear that.  Hope you'll get better real soon and no lingering after affects. Keeping you in my thoughts and I'll pray for you too.

I hope you feel better soon. I know it is miserable not to get the sleep you need without constant interruption. A friend takes valerian and says it has helped her. Of course, if you are congested and coughing, it may not help...but may be worth a try.

@Meowingkitty Advil Cold & Sinus worked for me when I had Covid.  You have to get it from the pharmacy counter since it contains pseudoephedrine.
