@nafecar I just Googled this and found this reply so it appears Yahoo is addressing this as we speak:
We are currently seeing a large number of reports for various issues. If you are experiencing any of the following your are part of the affected customer group:
1. Temporary Errors: 14, 16, and 20
2. 'Your request cannot be processed' message when signing in.
3. 'Your session has expired' message.
Our engineering team has already pushed out a fix and they say it should be fixed for all of you in the next hour. Please let us know if the issues continue after that time.
Thank you for coming here to tell us of the issue and for your patience as we work to resolve it.
