I have laughingly answered this question for years---raw oysters and Krispie Kreme donuts (probably totally would change my mind if the OCCASION really arose!). I think it's fun and silly---not morbid!

OK, I'll play along. Because I don't have to worry about the heartburn, I'll have a pizza with mushrooms, onions and green peppers; and chocolate cheesecake for dessert. I'm easy.

I would have Stuccio's Pizza, Birch Beer, and Middlesworth Potato Chips. Best Meal Ever.

For sure I'd have a green salad with roquefort dressing, 2 lobsters all to myself, cheesecake and pepsi.

I know what I want! Fried chicken, lots of chicken gravy and mashed potatoes with peach cobbler for dessert. My grandma used to make the world's BEST of all of the above. I've never ever had fried chicken as good as hers!

Since I'm severely lactose-intolerant with a little IBS thrown in for good measure, I would have a large slice of pepperoni pizza with EXTRA cheese; anything with real butter and a milkshake made with McConnell's ice cream topped with geniune whipped cream! I'd go out on a dairy overload!
