YMCA MEMBERSHIP

Does anyone here belong to a YMCA and is it worth it? I checked it out last night and it's $100 deposit and $74 for a family membership. Looks like they have a nice gym and exercise classes, but don't know if this is a good deal as I don't belong to any gyms and don't know if I can go more than three or four times a week.

It looked busy and it looked like people in the classes definitely knew the routines/dance moves, etc.

If anyone is a member, please tell me about it.
