The same thing has happened to me twice.. Both times it was something that needed to be adjusted on the original settings.. My son fixed it for me so I really don't know what he adjusted. ( I couldn't sign in to buy anything on any of the sites I was registered on.)

It was a few others who told people, over and over, that I had been banned.

I'd been sick, came back and couldn't get on Viewpoints, so I began using another account. I never thought much about it because it had happened to others before.

But then, as I said, a few started rumors that I'd been banned, so when I couldn't get on the other day, I called CS. The very nice woman said she saw the problem, I asked her if I had been banned and she assured me I hadn't, then or now. Her words were that I had never been banned. Nice to know, lol.
