Trouble signing on. The very nice CS woman said I should use my old ID from 2012, I said it didn't work, maybe I was banned. She said I have never been banned and she would fix it for me.
I think both are working now, but I'm lost. So bear with me, Noel7 and Noel Seven are both me. If you see a variation on that, it's not me ![]()

Looking good girl. No worries. I had that happen to me when the change over happened and they fixed me. Looks like they fixed you, too. Welcome back.

Anyway, sorry you're having such a hassle with logging in. There still seems to be a number of coding problems here.

Glad a solution was found and is now working.
I'm still having log-in issues on the purchasing side: 90% failure. I don't buy a lot, but went I see something that suits the bill, I'd like to purchase it. Can't do that here any longer.
Will be doing some problem solving with a tech on Monday.

I have trouble ordering, too. I hit the last step and get a notice that QVC isn't in service at that moment. Something close to that. I have to go back and do the EXACT SAME THING a second time and then it works.
