Someone makes insulting comments and they deserve to be brutally beaten - really?? Battery is a violent crime.

I think the fiction writers must've been running out of shocking behaviors for Beth. Oh - except the shocking comment by the parent character John that he "envies her freedom." To brutally physically & verbally abuse others.

I wonder how many kids watch this model program - and they do even though it's for a "mature" audience.

@Desert Lily   I agree and I was also shocked at John's remark.  John is no angel and so far just what is the body count in total for the Duttons and the workers who also carry out murder??  Certainly John is not clueless.

I like this series but Beth and the fight with Summer came on just too soon after her assault on the woman in the bar.

It has become just too predictable with her character and makes those scenes another round of "here she goes".

I am sorry about her not having children and I am sorry she suffered in that explosion.  Yet maybe it is just me-enough of her mouth and violent streak.

Keep the storyline about possiblity of losing beautiful land, the encroachement of greed to destroy it, and the issue with the indigenous people is very important-I can take the side stories but enough of Beth.

Sunday night's episode (12/11) seemed like a Christmas Present frm Yellowstone, like a vacation  It was sweet, gorgeously scenic and easy on the nerves-may I say, HAPPY! I am always in the former Governor's corner and I really like John's new assistant
