Whew! Finally can get on and post, lol. Yeah, I didn't think NuPhyllis was that nice looking although I saw that some others said she was. Then, Monday, she did that dazzling smile and I said to myself....."she is pretty". Still mean as a snake, though.

OK, todays show:

Avery is at work and Sharon walks in and asks if she's working on Nick's case against her? Sharon won't let her take her child away from her. Nick tells Dylan that Vicky had their niece -a little girl. They are going together to see the baby. Dylan asks how Nick is doing - he insists he's fine - if he thinks about what Sharon did to Summer he can't think straight.

Lauren walks into the club and Joe gives her the once over and then approaches her - she's looking for someone but he says he's the person she's looking for. Michael is at the Doctors office - Kevin rushes in - Michael is furious he's there - he didn't invite him - Kevin got the info he needed. Kevin will not allow him to go through this alone.

Back to the coffee house - Nick says he's going to make Sharon pay - he doesn't want payback but his kids are stuck right in the middle and he hates it. Mariah walks in and says she's not the only one. Sharon is trying to explain herself to Avery - if Nick wanted to protect Faith dragging her through a legal mess isn't the way to do it. Avery says she could just give up custody - Sharon says never. Avery tells Sharon she will get exactly what she deserves and Faith will be well cared for by the parent capable of doing that - Nick.

Michael is still giving Kevin h*ll but Kevin is ignoring it - he's there to back him up but he hasn't told Lauren or Fen anything. Kevin has researched everything - they say you should work the buddy system in oncology. Kevin is worried Michael will miss something.

Lauren tells Joe she's not interested - she thinks he was using a come-on line but then he introduces himself - why did he ask for the meeting. He wants to work with her on a business opportunity.

Nick talks to Mariah - she says Summer blamed her because she has Sharon's genes. Nick says no one blames her - Mariah heard he moved out of Sharon's house. Nick says the way Sharon hurt Summer is unforgiveable. Mariah says she was sick and he swore he could get through anything - Nick says if it was anything else. Nick says she's Cassie's sister and loves having her in their lives.

Sharon tells Avery this isn't about her- its about Faith. Avery says Sharon used Faith to come between her and Nick. Sharon says she was sick then - she didn't come between her and Nick - Avery left him at the alter. Avery says she tormented Summer - that's sick and cruel and manipulative - and she's the reason Phyllis lost a year of her life. Sharon says she feels terrible - but she was sick and now she's healthy. She's trying to protect her child. Avery says Nick doesn't think she's best suited to take care of Faith. Sharon tells Avery she's not a mother - she's on the wrong side of motherhood and she can't possibly understand. Avery says she just gave her all the ammunition she needs - she can't possibly lose. Sharon is upset when she leaves.

Joe tells Lauren what he's looking for and the kind of client he wants and he offers her space tailored to her specifications. She says she has a lot to think about - she'll discuss it with Jill.

Lauren leaves Michael a message but he's still waiting for the Doctor with Kevin. The Doctor comes out and Kevin introduces himself - the Doctor said its always helpful to have a second set of ears but Michael won't let him sit in and he leaves. The Doctor gives Michael all his qualifications - Michael wants to cut to the chase - what is his diagnosis?

Nick drops in to see Avery and she tells him that Sharon dropped by. Avery tells Nick they can't be sure they'll win custody. Nick says he won before but Avery says the court may not see her as a danger to Faith - this is a tricky case and its going to be an ugly battle. Sharon is in the park and runs into Dylan - he spoke to Nick and Sharon says he knows everything. She compares it to him and Chelsea - Dylan needs to say something to her.

The Doctor tells Michael they need more info before the treatment protocol. The Doctor says his psa levels indicate treatment will be necessary. Michael has been reading about some other treatments. The Doctor tells him to ask him whatever he wants - don't rely on the web. Michael asks if the erectile dysfunction will continue - the Doctor doubts that was a symptom of the cancer. They have to do another test to see if the cancer has spread.

Mariah talks to Kevin and says her new family is just as scre*ed up as her old one. Sharon says she can't take anymore stuff from Dylan. He doesn't despise her - it would make him a hypocrite after he ran off with Connor. Sharon admits she knew something was wrong - Dylan says that's what she has to deal with - Doctors and therapy can help but she has to take baby steps with the people she hurt - they don't owe her forgiveness. Dylan says she was a good friend to him and she's a good Mom to Faith - there's a lot of good in her. Sharon thanks him for his support.

Back to Nick and Avery - talking - Faith is confused and quiet but she's better off with him. Nick wants to move the case along as quickly as possible. He didn't know what Sharon was capable of. Avery talks to Nick about Joe going after Dylan - he's trying to punish her. Nick tells Avery he can get Joe's deal stopped - he knows people in town. He's not going to let some jerk tear the coffee shop down. Avery says she will handle it but Nick tells her again he's there if she needs help. He leaves as Avery gets a call. Joe arrives at Avery's office - he's there to see Michael but she says he's out - she doesn't believe him so she asks what he wants and then tells him to get out.

Michael joins Lauren at the club- she's reading the prospectus from Joe. Michael says they can't stay - he needs to talk to her. Nick runs into Sharon the park - he asks her to let Faith go - he doesn't trust her. Sharon can't believe he's going to do what is father would do. Nick says they should just talk through their lawyers. Sharon can't believe he wants to raise a child without having a conversation. Nick says he's going to raise Faith on his own - Sharon says they have always found their way back to each other. Nick is angry -she destroyed their family and their relationship. Its over and done - she should get used to it.

Avery tells Joe its lunchtime- he apologizes for yesterday but she doesn't believe anything he's saying. He mentions the kiss just as Dylan arrived and overheard the conversation. Joe leaves but Dylan asks about the kiss. Lauren asks Michael where he was before he arrived -he says he was at the market and he's going to feed her and then have his way with her. Lauren is a little confused - is he trying to prove something to himself or her - what's going on.

Mariah fills Kevin in on everything that happened. Everyone is torn up and she can't help anyone.

Avery tells Dylan she didn't kiss Joe - he missed the part where she said he almost got a knee to the groin. Dylan says she didn't tell him when Joe came to town - she says he was in jail - she didn't want to provoke him. Dylan says he won't punch him again. The phone rings - Dylan tells her to answer it and he leaves.

Nick tells Sharon he didn't know the secret she was keeping - she says he was in love with her two days ago but he gets sick everytime he thinks about what she did. Sharon says its a test - Sharon thinks Nick hates her so much he loves her - Nick says that's sick and he doesn't want Faith near her and he doesn't want to be around her either. She grabs his arm but he takes off. She's crying.

Lauren keeps pressing Michael for answers. Michael says when he started the firm he did it to make more time for her - there will never be enough moments with her and he'd be a fool not to take them when he can. She says they should go home now and they kiss. Kevin is reading something Mariah wanted him to read - she asks if he likes it - she keeps bugging him - he says he'll read it while Mariah goes to get Faith. Sharon is on the phone talking to a lawyer - she needs representation for a custody case. Nick is at the bar having a drink and then another and someone walks in - its someone he knows but is surprised to see.

Avery is going through a file with Joe's info on it and she throws it out. Then she grabs it out of the garbage and starts reading it again. Dylan runs into Joe at the club - Dylan thinks shutting down his business is personal for him too. Joe smirks.

In the preview Devon gives Colin the money, and Victor (with Nikki) has something to say to Maureen and she says she might have a little story for him too (obviously referring to Nikki's drinking).

Hiliary , is the best looking gal on there. Phyllis's hair needs some highlights it's drab. She has no lips either.

Only Devon would be stupid enough to throw more money away on that con artist who will come back for more when he needs it. I'd just tell Neil and be done with it gonna come out anyway, save your money and take your licking like a man.

The whole story with Victoria having the baby in the parking garage was just silly. Sometimes they show the Jabot building with about 20+ stories, and NONE of those people who work there came or went to the parking garage when she was locked up and having the baby? It was also silly to position her right in the middle of an open area....I would have liked a little privacy!! Also...no one coming or going. I think Victoria is just cruel not telling Billy/Stitch 'who's the daddy'. They both follow her around like little puppies...doesn't she realize that one of them is going to be hurt badly, especially now that they have seen the baby? As some of you have said...the new Phyllis is very pretty, but still has that mean streak a mile wide. Don't understand how men are attracted to a mean vindictive woman. Jack deserves better...but NOT Kelly. I wish Kelly and Ben and momma would hop a bus to Timbucktu.

Nick fights temptation, Victor learns about Maureen, and Jill has an arrest made.

At The Underground, Nick takes a drink as someone enters. It's Grace. He asks what she's doing there. She says, "I'm here for you." Grace explains she visited Sharon. Nick wonders if she came to check on him and tells her about Sharon switching the DNA results and pushing Phyllis down the stairs. Grace is so sorry. They kiss. Nick lifts her onto the bar and they start undressing. Things progress until Nick pulls away. He tells Grace she's sexy, but he shouldn't be jumping into anything - he has to break the pattern. She wishes he'd had the revelation after great s*x. They kiss. She'll maybe look him up again in ten years. Nick reminds her he's breaking the pattern. She says the women in his life aren't going anywhere. Nick muses that maybe he should.

At the penthouse, Billy is leaving Chelsea a message that he's headed back to the hospital when Jill arrives. She has something to say that he needs to hear. Jill tells him he needs to find out if Victoria's baby is his. Victoria owes him the truth.

In Maureen's hospital room, Ben says her surgery went well. She panics about Victoria. Ben says he and Billy found her - if they hadn't, they could have lost her and the baby. He complains she gave birth outside the dirty closet Maureen left her in and bawls her out. Maureen laments that she was scared and needed time. In Victoria's room, Nikki and Victor fuss over the baby girl. Victor holds her; he has her life planned out. Nikki takes her. "You're going to be grandma's girl." Nikki thinks the father should be involved. She steps out and visits Maureen, who complains that Nikki told Victoria. Nikki merely suggested there could be another explanation. Maureen feels Nikki threw her under the bus and wonders who to tell Nikki's secret to first. Nikki says no one would believe her. In Victoria's room, Victor talks to Victoria about caring for the children herself. Billy appears. "You'd like that, wouldn't you?" Victor exits and meets Ben. Victor asks about the parking garage. Ben tells him everything. Victor has great admiration for him. In Victoria's room, she thanks Billy for being there. The baby's in the nursery. Billy needs to know if she's his. Ben appears. "We both do." Meanwhile, Victor enters Maureen's room and has a few things to say that might not be fit for Nikki's ears. Maureen might have a story for him too. Victor cuts her off and warns he'll be dogging her for locking Victoria in the closet. Nikki gasps. "She did what?" Maureen weakens. Victor vows, "I'll be your worst nightmare!" Later, Ben discovers Maureen is gone. Nick visits Victoria and the baby. He advises her to lock the paternity down. She asks him to go get Dr. Sternin for a DNA test.

At the Club, Lily apologizes to Hilary for assuming she was pregnant. She wants to talk to Hil about Devon. At the bar, Devon gives Colin a briefcase. Colin takes the money, but warns he and Hilary are playing a dangerous game. Devon is called over to Lily's table, where she talks about a lunch to meet his new girlfriend. Hilary doesn't think she can make it. Lily will find a date that works for everyone. She asks Devon what was going on with Colin and warns him about dealings with him. Lily excuses herself and Devon tells Hilary he paid Colin off. She wonders what he'll do about the lunch. He'll invite his girlfriend. Lily returns and talks more about welcoming Devon's girl into the family - the way she's welcomed Hilary. At the bar, Colin tries to pay Kurtz off with the money, but he reminds them about their business arrangement - his wife's life depends on it. Jill spots them and enters with Detective Harding. She demands he make an arrest. Kurtz is cuffed, but says Colin is the criminal and he can prove it. Colin says he doesn't know him. Harding takes Kurtz away. Jill wants Colin to come clean. She asks what's in the briefcase. He says two million dollars to pay Kurtz off. She asks where he got it. Colin says an investment happened to turn a profit.

At home, Victor pours Nikki cider while he has champagne. They toast to the baby. Victor says it turns out Ben isn't a murderer, but a hero. Nikki feels Billy was a hero too. Victor says he's still a scr*w up and hopes Victoria doesn't let him back in her life. They toast to a happy day.

Sheesh...I was beginning to think I didn't spend enough $$ on the Q to post but I see others had trouble, too.

Trashy Grace needs to climb right back under that rock she crawled out from under. I'm glad that Nick is getting over looney Sharon but he doesn't need Grace in his life, either!

I'm wondering if Avery will go back to Joe ? Then, that would make Dylan leave town

all the Sharon/Nick fans will cry in their beer if they don't get them back together. So, Nick will be back in the bath tub before long with Sharon and besides that Faith won't let either one of them rest till she has her **** wedding.

Devon, is so stupid I can't even fathom how dumb he is. Tell Neil and pocket your cash. Way he is wasting it he's gonna be broker then when he came to town. Katherine C. is turning in her grave to see her life's work be paid out as blackmail money and being thrown out of hotel windows. That woman was nuttier then a fruitcake.
