This morning I called to cancel the police report I was told it hasn't been assigned to anybody yet, but, I have to call back Tues when it has been assigned and tell them he found it ! huh?

I had the case # , so, just cancel it, but, no I have to wait till a detective is assigned the case, then, tell him, don't bother it's been found. I was shocked to learn that nowdays when you call the police dept. you don't talk to anybody you go online and make an incident report no matter what U got to report ! what do old and poor people do that don't have a computer ? just don't report it I guess.

Really annoying, but less wear and tear on you in the long run .........

Sharke, I think something happens to men as they grow older. They don't want to accept their limitations so they play pass the blame game, lol. Gotta love 'em, though.

Just their natures. The difference between men and women. Men are cut more breaks and are more put on a pedestal right from birth. I see it all the time in other older women's relationships , also. We, women, outlive them the majority of the time and we get the pleasure of raising boys, then, taking care of them as they near the grave. I used to see older women, when I was young see and hear women look like they were being mean to their husbands, but, now, I know they were just plain wore out and exasperated and driven to the edge of human endurance in what U put up with. Nobody can really appreciate what women have to bear and put up with. I'm thinking about turning...LOL I'd just like to get thru a day without being a watch dog. We're getting our Tx. wills made up soon and I can't wait to get power of attorney and medical power of attorney. durable power, etc. First time he has to do anything for me my ol' butt will be in the nursing home he's not about to do anything for me.
