Y&R - Dirty cop ?

Something's not right with that NYPD cop they sent to Genoa City. He's out of his jurisdiction -- way out -- and to my knowledge has not checked-in nor tried to coordinate in the least with Genoa City Police Department. That makes me think he's up to no good himself.

Think about it... if law enforcement extends an investigation into another geographic area they're pretty much required to coordinate with local officials, aren't they? He's been acting like some rogue cop flashing his NYPD badge around like he's really official and a force to be reckoned with.

I haven't read any spoilers about him so who knows.

What do the rest of you think about him? Is he a good cop or a bad cop?
