Tues. spoiler:
Stitch wakes up hung over in the Jabot lab. Ashley hands him coffee. Once dressed, Ben says he should probably apologize. She has no regrets. Jack and Abby arrive and Abby notes Stitch is wearing the same clothes from last night when he was drunk. Jack complains this isn't a flophouse for wayward drunks. He fires Stitch. Ash and Abby shout, "No!" Stitch says he got bad news and reacted badly. Jack relents. Ben gets Victoria's phone message and says he has to step out. Jack tells Abby and Ashley he saw Victor yesterday and they have to be on guard. Ash doesn't want Abby in the middle. Jack leaves for lunch at Summer's. Abby and Ash are discussing email when Tobias appears. He removes a file from a drawer and photographs the pages when they step away. Ashley almost catches him. Abby talks to Ashley about Stitch and Ash flashes to the shower.
At the park, Victoria introduces Katie to Katherine's plaque. "You are her namesake." Victoria tells the baby what Katherine was like. She admired her most for not avoiding difficult decisions and should take a page from her playbook. "I need to make a choice."
Chris has invited Paul to the Club. Gloria, Jeff, Kevin, and Lauren arrive for Michael and Lauren's anniversary and ask Paul and Chris to join them. Everyone wonders where Michael is. Gloria grouses. Lauren is sure he'll be along soon. Jeff and Gloria talk about their recent pirate cruise. "The plundering...the pillaging!"
At Michael's office, Phyllis notices a business card. "Why are you seeing a marriage counselor?" Michael snaps that everything's fine with Lauren. Phyllis wants to be sure her assets are in order. Michael says there's one significant change. Phyllis learns what it is and rants that someone robbed her. Once alone, Michael paces. Gloria phones. Michael is brief and hangs up. Upset, he lays down on the couch.
At home, Summer agonizes to Austin about everything being perfect for her mom and Jack's lunch. Austin feels she should stop trying to impress everyone. Phyllis arrives and admires the apartment. "When were you going to tell me you sold my penthouse to pay for it?" Summer says Jack took care of it; it was his idea. Phyllis insinuates that Summer gave up on her, sold their home, and everyone moved on. Summer missed her every second she was gone; she never gave up on her. Phyllis apologizes; she's dealing with a lot of things. She'll do lunch another time. Later, Jack shows up and Summer fills him in. She wants Jack to make Phyllis understand what they went through. Once alone, Austin asks Summer if Phyllis could have found out about Jack and Kelly.
At the Club, Gloria complains to Kevin that Michael hung up on her and grabs Kevin's phone. She sees his story and thinks he's in trouble. Kevin gets a call about doing an author appearance and declines. Christine and Lauren discuss Michael's workload. Jeff talks to Paul and Christine about dropping the charges against Ben. "Without me you have no case." Chris could still charge Jeff. Later, Michael appears. Lauren looks icy. Michael begins to apologize, but Kevin tells him to stop lying. Lauren tells Michael she was humiliated to send everyone home. Kevin insists Michael tell her, or he will. Michael says he'll tell her the truth.
Ben arrives at Victoria's house. "I came as soon as I sobered up." She soon realizes he assumed she was back with Billy and corrects him. Victoria tells Ben if they're going to give this a shot, they have to be honest. She wants a fresh start with him. Ben promises not to let her down. He gets Paul's call that the charges are dropped and Jeff is withdrawing his suit. Victoria urges him to clear his name, but he won't go to the authorities; he made his choice. She complains he lost everything. He still has her. She's glad there are no secrets between them.
In the park, Chris reminds Paul she invited him out for a reason. She tells him she's PREGNANT. They embrace ecstatically.
At Jabot, Jack leaves Phyllis a message and wonders where she went.
Phyllis enters the Club looking for Kelly.
