Well I got a ring instead of my crescent moon necklace, and I called packaged up and it's on it's way back. While I was muttering about inconvenience, it occurred to me that I've been ordering from QVC from the very beginning and this was the first time I got the wrong order. I did get 2 of the same OrYani bag once, but it wasn't wrong, just too many. That doesn't mean I won't be watching to make sure that I'm credited properly, but for 30 years of ordering one mistake isn't bad.

Happens when the picker/packer at a warehouse puts the wrong item in a box or the wrong mailing label on it. I once ordered a dress from another vendor and got someone else's boots. A minor hassle getting the order fixed, but so be it.

No that’s an awesome record. I’ve been with the Q from the beginning too and I was sent the wrong item only once. I hope you get your necklace.

Through the years, I haven’t had many order problems either. Received the wrong color once, received a used item once and one advanced order was never fulfilled.

 

I think it’s a very good track record.

Well, they treated my order as a return, because it is sold out, well it isn't. I emailed asking if l was getting the necklace, and the answer was no, but .I was welcome to re order it. I hate to complain after my glowing post, but really, I did everything right, it should have bee an easy exchange. Anyway, I found a nice one on Amazon and .I'll have it in 2 days.
