Wrong Order Sent To Me Twice??

Ok now, I ordered Belle by Kim Gravel waffle raglan in red, but received loden. I already had the loden and now the red color is not available!

 

Then, I also ordered Skechers Gowalk classic bungee sneaker in Red and received White!

I have many sketches and none of them are white because they will get so dirty, in my job! The Red is sold out!

 

Last time I returned something to QVC, It took a month to get my money back

 

OK, I will keep both because it would cost more to send these orders back.

 

Did anyone else have the same order problem? I have never had this mix up in my order before in the last 20 years of shopping with the Q.

I don't think QVC charges if you send back items that were a mistake on their part. If you want the Skechers in a different color check around they are sold in tons of places starting with Skechers own website.

I would contact the QVC Social Team for help with these orders and I bet they can expedite your refunds as well. They are a great help!

@Libra2    It won't cost you a trying to send them back.  If an item is defective or the wrong item was sent, you will not be charged return shipping.

@TexasMom1 This is *just* a suggestion and not a criticism. Whenever a poster suggests contacting the Social Team it's helpful to post that info as not everyone has it.

@Libra2 I just recently sent back an item following the procedure in the Returns and Exchanges section on the bottom of the main page.  Hadn't even returned the item yet and I got my refund.  No problem, fast and efficient.

 

And I agree with others that if it is QVC's mistake you should not have to pay return postage.

Gee, why don't you just do this below. You don't have to keep QVC items sent in error, nor lose money for returning them.
