In ten years I've only gotten one wrong order (and I order a LOT).

It was so many years ago I cannot remember exactly when it was. But what I do remember is that they immediately overnighted (and this was way before I had Prime) the right merchandise to me. They also emailed me a mailing label so I could return the other guy's order to them and they said that they also overnighted his order to him at the same time they did mine.

Pet food and kitty litter, especially! Smiley Wink

Oh, for sure! I get the 30# bags of Wellness for Ru and I cannot lift that much. If it's my usual UPS guy he makes sure I'm there to let him in and he puts it inside my house for me. He has offered to carry it wherever, but I always just leave it in the tile entryway until I'm ready to deal with it. Then I put a moving blanket down, slide the box onto that, and then just pull the moving blanket through the house. Works great! Smiley Happy

I have one coming tomorrow and I haven't seen my regular UPS guy lately, so I fear I'll have to deal with it if I don't see him arrive. Fortunately, they have all been nice and as long as I'm there before they do a 'hit n run' they are happy to just set it inside my front door for me.

Speaking of pets...

Smart idea re: the econo bag of dog food, and your special UPS dude seems like a doll. Probably has cute legs in those brown shorts, too. Cool I like all of my own UPS guys also.

Belong to Amazon Prime and it is worth every penny to me. Everything comes 2-day shipping without a hitch.

I was shocked yesterday to have a delivery person show up with a box from Amazon on a Sunday, as no one delivers on Sundays around here. I was thrilled to open the box to find items I had wanted to be here over the weekend, but weren't supposed to be here originally until Tuesday.{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
