I was out all day yesterday, I even had a doctor's appt. I went to the bank, the post office and even stopped by a local sandwich shop and ate lunch. I live in a small town and saw several people I know. So you could say I talked with several people at each location.

When I returned home and went to the bathroom I saw one of my hoop earrings was gone. Assuming I lost it at one of the places I had stopped at but I even went out and checked my car and it wasn't there.

An hour or two later I walked into my bedroom and there on the floor lay my earring. I had lost my earring before I left the house. No one told me I had an earring missing. It's not like they didn't see. I have very short hair and believe me it is the first thing you would notice.

If you saw someone out and about and with an earring missing, would you tell them, especially if you stood and talked with them for a few minutes?
