I would only get tested if I had symptoms. I heard they are about to use a different kind of test where they don't use that super-long swab....and the results will be quicker. My only worry about that is if it is like the quick strep test, there will be a lot of inaccurate results.

Yes and I did. Because I'm HIGH RISK. I HAVE FIBROSISTIC LUNG DISEASE AND I TRUTHFULLY TOLD THEM IN THE PREREGISTRATION AND THEY ACCEPTED ME TO GET IT DONE. 
  The swab does NOT GO TO YOUR BRAIN. IT DOES NOT HARDLY BUT SWAB YOUR NOSE. ITS nothing!  No big deal like some people make it. I was shocked how simple it was. Really. 
    Mine was also NEGATIVE. AMEN 🙏. 

At least now it is.

I would not get tested unless I am having symptoms.
