2 words: EPIC FAIL

Is there a way to get the Menu on the side ?
How about a making the pages contain more than a few replies i.e. like 25 05 50 as it was on the previous board ?
And, how can you get the "preferences" hidden like on the old forum. Mine like everyone else's I guess are at the top of the page.
Gotta say this forum is exhausting.

When you reply, the box comes up to write your reply, they are at the top... the really little blank looking smiley face is it.... and make sure you're sitting down, they're ugly.

EPIC FAIL about describes it.

so for those of you who were "lost" 6 hours ago and asked a lot of questions, has it gotten better by now?
I bet by tomorrow most posters will know how to edit, add a signature line, change a font, and quote. then once you get past the annoying learning curve, it will be posting as usual.
it's different but not in a bad way IMO. I think there is a lot more to learn because they added a lot of things the old boards didn't have. Giving us more choices is a good thing, isn't it? ![]()

Yep you can quote!!! I just did.
It's not so bad after you get your settings adjusted. They do need to put a bunch for thread titles in though. Why did they leave out so many?

Not impressed.

Unfortunately not only has it not gotten better for me...it has gotten worse in that I can now see how the old forum format was so much better for communication. It has nothing to do with a learning curve. It has everything to do with ease of replying, quoting, editing. Too many keystrokes, too many boxes, too much back and forth, not easily seeing where you are situated at a given point in time (like right now....where this quote box is discrete with no context of the thread above it). It is a visual and navigational DISASTER.
ETA: Wait! After you click on "Post" THEN you have to click another button to SEE your response in the thread!
