Men compete in totally different ways than women, IMO. There's "business" and then there's "personal". They have this uncanny ability to compartmentalize. I've heard high level executives absolutely rip each other to shreds over a deal, slam doors, call each other names, etc. and 5 minutes later, confirm their tennis game after work. They compete mainly for two things ... 1) salary/position/power and 2)s&x. I mean, once you "get" that, you've pretty much got them figured out. Women on the other hand compete on 10,000 different things. Everything is up for grabs with them from the size jean they wear, the square footage of their homes, the colleges they send their kids to, the carat weight of their engagement ring, etc.... It goes on forever! And just when you think you've figured out what they are competing with you on, they find something else you never even thought of! Huh uh ... give me a male friend any ole day. I know how he plays and I know where I stand.
