Okay-I started this thread earlier today concerning Puck's crude hygiene.  Went out for the evening--just turned on that channel--just in time to hear him use the "f" word.  He was describing his pans--said he had to try a much higher priced pan to see what the "f'n" difference was.  This guy is so crude...who does he think he is....and shame on HSN for allowing him to continue selling his products to make a buck!  I have never heard any vendor with such a trash mouth...by the way, he also made a crude comment while demonstrating a "grinding" device.  This guy is a pig.  Okay-i'm done venting...think i'll call HSN tomorrow and ask if anyone is listening.  I posted a comment there earlier today-it's gone!

First, please do not take this the wrong way BUT you're upsetting yourself over something that offends you - change the channel OR go to HSN online and review the product IF his behavior offends you.

Next, I've had HSN on all evening just for background noise (I'm preparing for a catering event I'm doing) and honestly, I didn't hear the "f" word or anything offensive. Perhaps, I'm not as intent on the listening to "every word"

or "seeing him cook the same stuff", sell the same items just different day!

I hope when you contact HSN you get some satisfaction although, as I said before "they are selling mass amounts of his items - making big $$$$" and I wonder if they care how he behaves - I even see the hosts just keep talking or eating - no big deal to them, they're making the sales quotas!

(the one I do feel bad for is his assistant, I don't know her name but she is constantly running around him getting stuff made, etc. she must make big $$$ because he is very demanding!)

Try to relax and have a good evening - don't let a shopping channel get you this upset .... it's not personal it's selling to millions of people all with different likes & dislikes!

I love him. His habits in the kitchen are disgusting, but it is not my food. Shannon ALWAYS packs up multiple containers of food when she is on with ANY chef! She got a sarcastic comment one night from Chef Ming. He was not even done with the dish, he had one more thing he wanted to show, and she already had it packed up.

Wulf has online cooking tutor shows that are great to watch. He makes cooking so simple. I write stuff down when he is cooking because rattles off the recipe while he is cooking.

I have to give it to him for his customer service too! I got the small pressure oven (the 22L) back in August. Gosh I love that oven. Between that and my induction burner, I never turn on my stove anymore.

I digress. Two weeks ago, I noticed the "toast" option was not working. It was weird because the burners would turn on for any other option, except toast. I was thinking "oh boy, this is going to be a bugger to send back".

Nope! They took the serial number, told me to cut the cord off the back of the oven, take a picture of it cut, and email the picture along with my invoice to them. In less than 24 hours, I got an email that a whole new oven was on its way, and to just throw out the now unusable.

That is great customer service!
