My hearing is just fine and there are absolutely times when Kerstin shifts from her normal speed talking to HIGH mode speed talking and therefore runs several words together that are thus beyond comprehension so that only part of what she said was understandable. Maybe some of you are used to being around fast talkers and what they are saying is clear to you but for some of us that speed talking like she does goes over our heads.

If you're referring to Kerstin, I agree about her talking too fast. I have no problem at all with my hearing and I often have trouble keeping up with her speed talking. I wish she would ennunciate more clearly. She's a lovely lady, but I just don't watch her any more because of the speed talking.

Agree totally. She really does run words together, then changes the pitch of her voice, then lowers the volume of what she is saying. It all comes out as a jumble, and one has to work at figuring out what she is saying.
That and watching her constantly striking a pose make her unwatchable for me.

Yes! And I wish on occasion she would dress like a grown up.

I like the way Kirsten dresses!

I forgot to add that Kirsten is one of the few hosts that wears a lot of the QVC clothes.
I know she is partial to Halston and i have seen her wear it during her hosting gigs.
I wish Kirsten would host the Halston Shows since she stated it was one of her favorite clothing lines on QVC.
I enjoy Kirsten and do not have a hard time understanding her!

I don't think she's hard to understand at all.
I like what she's wearing - not everything all the time, but most of what she wears I like.
If there is a host I don't like, I don't watch. I can always buy anything online at any time.

I don't have a hearing issue.....just don't appreciate speed talking............

I have never watched a host talk "too fast". When does this happen?
If you really can't keep up, perhaps it's time to try the Closed Caption feature on your TV. It might be very helpful. JMO
@Tinkrbl44 What a demeaning comment! You don't have to have a hearing problem to not understand Kirsten. It's the hosts responsibility to be understood. I can't understand her either and I have no hearing problem.

??? Sorry if I wasn't clear, but LOTS of people (with no hearing loss problems whatsoever) keep the CC on because it's a very handy feature. Personally, I find it most useful when watching the news.
I started with CC on in the bedroom because it makes watching TV easy when the SO is sleeping. Now, I also have it on in the living room ... and no here one has a hearing problem. Hope that clears it up for you.
