Sure is for me, I saw the show and really did not care for it at all. Movie is a very easy pass.

It was a book first. I think we own it. I'll see if I can dig it up.

Yes and it was WICKEDLY GOOD !!

It’s worth seeing even if you’ve never seen the Broadway play. ⭐️

Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo were Amazing !! 💕

I enjoyed if so much, I didn’t want it to end. 😩

Can’t wait for Part 2 next year !! 💕🧟‍♀️

I went and saw the 9 am showing this morning. I loved it. Great performances, I will definitely be watching Part 2 next year.  I loved the cameo by the original cast members from the Broadway Play.

@icezeus  I just saw it also & like you, really enjoyed it.  Actors were very good, songs/music wonderfully done, story answered alot of questions about Oz history but I did feel a little sad during the last 30 minutes or so.

My dad had 9 of the original L. Frank Baum books & used to read them to my sister & I when we were young so this brought back nicer memories of my dad.

@colleena

Very nice that this movie was able to bring back such fond memories for you.

I also found the movie surprisingly funny. Ariana Grande made me laugh several times, along with  other cast members.

Overwhelming and laughable and typical.
